I did not get the information as to from where I could find a product having a black cat army patch written on it. However, there are a few possibilities: We also have British Army Patches Military Uniforms
1. Military Units with Cat Symbolism: 
Thus there is not a direct association with a “black cat” however, some military division logos are longitudinally feline in nature. For example, the United States Army currently has the 101st Airborne Division is called the Screaming Eagles. Militant and ferocious power can also be associated with the eagle while it cannot be regarded as a black cat.
2. Unofficial Unit Patches:
Rank insignia which are not authorised are often created by the soldiers themselves; unofficial unit insignia can depict nearly any design including animal motifs. A black cat can also signify some such morale boosting ‘Halloween’ effect of the unit or it can literally mean that the unit is secretive, which the black cat emblem represents by signifying night operations.
3. Civilian Organizations:
A few civilian associations especially where they symbolize military or police might incorporate the strategy of the dark kitty. For example a biker gang, or the members of an emergency services’ Special Operations Unit could incorporate this symbol.
