Prepare the Garment For New Stylish Look

The fabric needs to be both sanitized and without wrinkles before moving ahead. Always wash newly purchased items before beginning any necessary laundering. Proper care of the fabric before application helps both the patch to stick well and prevents fabric shrinking post-application. We also have  Morale Patch. Heat the Iron

Set your heating tool to the highest suitable temperature for your chosen fabric material. Turn the steam setting off while making sure the iron has no water remaining inside. The activation of adhesive depends entirely on dry heat.

Preheat the Area

Apply heat to the upcoming patch placement area for a time of 10-20 seconds. The pre-conditioning heats up both the fabric and activates the adhesive material in the patch.

Position the Patch

Place the patch on the fabric with its design up according to your desired placement. Spend additional time to ensure proper placement before proceeding with the next step.

Cover with Cloth

The thin cover fabric (tea towel or handkerchief) needs to be placed over the wetspot and the patch to preserve both items from potential heat damage. The protective fabric covering prevents both scorching and damage to the entire patch as well as the clothing material.

Iron the Patch

Use a firm pressing motion of the iron over the covered patch between 30 to 60 seconds while moving it in small circular motion. Keep equal force on all areas of the patch with special attention to the border sections. A continuous application of heat pressure serves as the essential requirement for patch attachment.

Check and Cool

The application area needs several minutes of passive cooling before proceeding. Give the edge of the fabric a gentle rise to check if it remains secure. Check the patch lift after the ironing period. Then reapply heat for another 10-20 seconds if the patch is removable. Total adherence of the patch to the surface is necessary.

Iron from the Back

Put the garment inside-out position and use your iron to apply heat to the back side of the patch for thirty seconds. By securely setting the adhesive the patch becomes more durable.

Let it Cool Completely

Let the patch achieve full room temperature before allowing garment wear or laundering process. The setting process will be completed through this step.
